Refund and Return Policy

Returns:

We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.

To be eligible for return, the item must be in the same condition that you received it, unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. Receipt or proof of purchase required.

To start a return, contact us at support@terracelevel.com. If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

How can customers return products?

  • By UPS, Fed Ex, or Courier depending on the manufacturer

What is the restocking fee?

  • No restocking fee

The product conditions that we allow for returns:

  • New
  • Wrong product
  • Damaged product

Wrong Product:

If you discover your order is the wrong product, please contact us at support@terracelevel.com with a photo of the wrong product received, and we will provide a return shipping label. Once your return is received, we will automatically refund or ship a replacement. 

Damaged Product

If your product is damaged or defective, you may return for a full refund or exchange for the same product.  We only exchange products if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange your product for the same product please contact us at: support@terracelevel.com.

 

Cancel Order:

We usually ship orders immediately,

If you wish to cancel your order, please contact us immediately. Orders may be cancelled for any reason within 48 hours of purchase. 

Non-returnable items:

  • Custom/personalized orders

To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.

Refunds (if applicable)
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval of your refund.

If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within 10 days.

Ship Returns To: Manufacturer address and shipping label will be provided.
