We do not ship to P.O. boxes or APO/FPO addresses.
Currently, we only ship within the United States.

Shipping Methods: UPS, Fed Ex, Courier

Handling time: 1-2 days (Monday – Friday)
Transit time: 4-7 days (Monday – Friday)

Currently, we offer free shipping on all orders. 

Shipping Status: 

Once your order ships, you'll receive a shipping confirmation email containing your tracking number.

If you don't receive a shipping confirmation email, please contact us at support@terracelevel.com.

Order Changes:

Please notify us immediately if there are any changes to your order. Orders may be cancelled at no charge within 48 of placing the order. 

Item Not Received: 

If you have successfully placed an order and have not received it, though the tracking status indicates delivery, we recommend contacting the courier to locate your shipment. If the issue persists, please email us at support@terracelevel.com.

Tracking Your Order: 

You will receive an email notifying you once your order has shipped. The email will include a unique parcel tracking number. The status of your order can be reviewed by logging into terracelevel.com "My Account". Click on “My Order “ to review your order status and/or obtain a tracking number.

It may take a few days following order placement before the tracking number becomes active in the courier's system. If the information is not immediately available, please try again. 

Taxes: 

We are required by law to charge sales tax on all items purchased, unless in situations where it is not required by law.
